This is one of my favorite, most inspirational write ups on IM, and it's all about Ironman Canada!! It's long but don't worry, if it doesn't bring a tear to your eye and send shivers down your spine(inspiration, not fear shivers) ..... well I don't know what will. Nuff said, enjoy the read.
