He'll know it well, by now I'm sure it's tatooed on his brain. It's what he's been thinking about a long long time. It's his inspiration for the last couple of months.
Thanks for the additional inspiration. Seeing the words adds to the impact! I'm glad the 1500 went well, I was nervous about doing it. The funny thing about the swim was 30m inutes straight in the pool seems like 2 hours on the run! Keep up the interesting posts. See you at swimming tomorrow.
